摘 要:探讨了酸雨胁迫对矮象草生理生态特性的影响.结果表明,随着模拟酸雨pH值的降低,叶片受伤害程度逐渐加深;叶绿素含量逐渐下降;人工控制有效光辐射(PAR)下的光合速率(Pn),气孔导度(Gs),蒸腾速率(Tr),水分利用率(WUE)均逐渐下降.pH 4.5酸雨胁迫,未对矮象草造成伤害;pH 3.5酸雨胁迫,矮象草的光合、蒸腾虽受到一定影响,但仍能维持较高的光合能力和水分利用率;pH 2.5酸雨胁迫,矮象草则受到显著性伤害,但通过提高水分利用率途径来适应酸雨胁迫,矮象草具有较强的耐酸雨能力.Effects of acid rain on ecological and physiological characteristics of Dwarf elephantgrass (Pennistum purpureum Schumach) were studied. The results showed that, when the pH value of simulated acid rain reduced, degree of visible damage in leaves increased, chlorophyll content decreased gradually and photosynthesis rate ( Pn ), stomatal conductance ( Gs ), transpiration rate ( Tr ) and water use efficiency ( WUE ) also declined gradually measured under manually controlled photosynthetic active radiation. At pH value 4.5, there was no harm to dwarf elephantgrass. At pH value 3.5, although the transpiration and photosynthesis of dwarf elephantgmss were influenced, the photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency still remained in higher level, At pH value 2.5, dwarf elephantgrass had been damaged dramatically, but it could adapt to acid rain stress by improving water use efficiency. It is concluded that dwarf elephantgtass has the ability to resist acid rain stress.
