摘  要:观察螺旋藻复方中药对慢性疲劳大鼠红细胞形态学参数的影响,探讨其在预防运动性贫血中的作用.将21只大鼠分为对照组、运动组和运动+复方组(简称复方组).对照组不作任何处理,运动组和复方组进行8周的递增性跑台训练,复方组从第5周开始灌胃中药.训练结束后,测定各组大鼠血液中红细胞计数(RBC)血红蛋白含量(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)进行统计学的方差分析.(1)与对照组相比运动组的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC 6项指标中只有MCV显著高于对照组(P<0.01)其它5项指标显著下降(P<0.05)或(P<0.01).(2)复方组大鼠RBC和MCHC水平高于运动组(P<0.05),HGB和MCH水平显著高于运动组(P<0.01).(3)复方组与对照组比较6项指标均无显著差异.结果表明螺旋藻复方对保护红细胞防止运动性贫血的发生有积极作用.To research the effect of Spirulina Complex Prescription (SACP) on red blood ceils indexes of chronic fatigue we dived 21 rats into control group, exercise group, and exercise plus Spirulina Complex Prescription group (shortly called SACP group). The control group did not do any exercise. The exercise group and the SACP group had progressive training for 4 weeks.After the training we measured RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH and MCHC of each group, and then did the margin analysis. (1)Compared to the control group, only the MCV of exercise group was remarkably higher(P 〈0.01), the RBC, HGB, HCT, MCH and MCHC five targets were of exercse proup lower observabl (P 〈0.05) or (P 〈0.01). (2) The level of RBC and MCHC of the SACP group was higher than that of the exercise group (P 〈0.05), and the level of HGB and MCH of SACP proup was observably higher than that of the exercise group (P 〈 0.01). (3) There was no remarkable difference of the six targets between the SACP group and the control group. The results hadicated that the Spirulina Complex Prescription has positive effect of protecting red blood froom SlOOpS anemia.
