摘　　要：目的总结颈椎手术后患者应用可调式颈托的护理经验。方法回顾了35例颈椎手术后患者的临床资料。结果35例患者均达到固定和矫正目的,术后植骨区融合满意,未发生护理并发症。结论正确使用颈托和加强护理对手术后颈椎制动,增加其稳定性,缩短患者卧床时间,保证手术疗效至关重要。Objective To probe the nursing experiences of patients using cervical gear after ceruical uertebra operation. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with ceruical uertebra operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 35 cases patients with ceruical uertebra operation were observed with adjust mode cervical gear, the effect of external fixation is very satisfied, and no complications were occurred. Conclusions The cervical gear can restrict the movement of ceruical uertebra, short the period of lying in bed, and ensure the effect of operation.
