摘 要:将工业规模的新型多导流筒好氧生物流化床反应器与复合载体及高效菌种综合技术有机结合用于处理炼油废水。实验考察了污泥浓度、气液比及水力停留时间对生物降解废水中COD 和氨氮(NH3-N)的影响。结果表明,在污泥质量浓度3.0~3.2 g/L、气液比20~25、水力停留时间 6~7 h的最佳条件下,废水中COD和NH3-N的降解率分别大于85%和90%,出水中COD质量浓度小于100 mg/L,NH3~N质量浓度小于10 mg/L,优于国家一级排放标准GB 8978-1996。A commercial refining wastewater treatment, combining a new type of aerobic biological fluidized reactor with high effective bacterial strain and complex carrier, was introduced. The effects of mud concentration, gas to liquid ratio and the hydraulic resident time on the removal rates of COD and NH3-N were investigated. The test results showed that under the optimal operation conditions of a mud concentration of 3.0--3.2 g/L, a gas to liquid ratio range of 20--25, a hydraulic resident time of 6--7 h, the removal rates of COD and NH3-N were more than 85% and 90%, respectively. The contents of COD and NH3-N in treated water were less than 100 mg/L and 10 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality met and exceeded the first class requirements of the national discharge standard (GR 8978--1996).
