摘 要:采用中频熔炼-铁模激冷铸造-热轧-冷轧-热处理工艺,制备了Cu—Zr,Cu—Ag—Zr两种成分高强高导铜合金。通过硬度测试、拉伸测试、电导率测试、金相分析、XRD、SEM等方法研究了固溶—时效工艺对上述合金力学性能,导电性能及其组织结构的影响和变化规律。研究结果表明:1.Cu—Zr合金和Cu-Ag—Zr合金的最佳形变热处理制度是:固溶950℃×1h+变形30%+时效450℃×4h,合金的抗拉强度分别达到365MPa和367MPa,屈服强度分别达到了327MPa和338MPa,延伸率则分别为11%和12%;同一条件下的电导率分别为93.8IACS%和95.2IACS%;2.理论上分析认为,Cu—Zr合金的高强度来源于铜锆化合物粒子的析出强化,高导电性来源于合金在时效过程中Zr以铜锆化合物粒子的形式析出;3.Cu—Ag-Zr合金的力学性能和电学性能均优于Cu—Zr合金的力学性能和电学性能,那是因为Cu—Ag—Zr合金中添加了Ag,Ag产生了固溶强化,提高了合金的强度而不降低其电导率。Cu-Ag, Cu-Zr, Cu-Ag-Zr alloys were prepared by median frequency melting-iron mould casting-hot rolling-cold rolling-heat treatment.The microstructures and properties of them were studied using tensile test, hardness and electrical properties measurement, and metallography, XRD and SEM analysis technique.The results show that: The first, the optimized heat treatment of Cu-Zr alloy and Cu-Ag-Zr alloy that both reduced by 30% is solution treatment at 950℃ for 60min, quenched,and then aging at 450℃ for 4h, the mechanical and electrical performance of Cu-Zr alloy can reachσb = 365MPa, σ0.2 =327MPa, δ5=11% σr =93.8IACS%,while Cu-Ag-Zr can reachσb=367MPa, σ0.2=338MPa, δ5=12% σr=95.2IACS%; The second, we can make a conclusion that during aging, solid solution decomposed and Cu-Zr particles precipitated,and grain refinement, the alloy have obviously aging strengthening effect; because Ag and Zr do not reduce the electric property of copper alloy, and Zr will precipitate from matrix in aging treatment.Finally, the mechanical and electrical performance of Cu-Ag-Zr alloy is higher than Cu-Zr alloy.That is because the higher performance comes from the solid solution decomposed.
