阻锈剂及硅粉、阻锈剂联合应用对防止钢筋锈蚀效果的研究

摘　　要：国内外阻锈剂的对比试验表明,国产HLC-VⅢ钢筋阻锈剂对混凝土抗氯离子渗透及阻止钢筋锈蚀的效果均优于进口的西卡901。硅粉与阻锈剂联合应用,对提高混凝土本身的密实性,提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透及防钢筋的腐蚀效果更加明显。国产的阻锈剂及硅粉不仅经济,而且其联合应用效果优于国外同类产品。The contrast test of the rust inhibitors produced at home and abroad shows that the homemade HLC - VⅢ rebar rust inhibitor is more effective than the imported Sika 901 for the resistance to chlorine ion corrosion and prevention of rebar rusting. It will be more remarkably effective if combined with the silicon powder for enhancing the density of concrete, improving the resistance to chlorine ion corrosion, and prevention of rebar rusting. The homemade rust inhibitor and silicon powder are more advantageous than the similar products abroad in terms of the price and the effect of their combined application in practice.
