摘　　要：介绍了框架式木结构体系的特点,对框架式木结构住宅的建造技术进行了探讨;指出框架式木结构住宅建造中须进行防腐、防蚁处理,同时给出了框架式木结构住宅的验收和管理办法。The paper first introduces the characteristics of framing wood frame system, then discusses the building technology of framing wood frame housing and points out special treatments for framing wood frame housing against decay and termite, bring forward the check - accept and management methods on framing wood frame housing.
