摘　　要：采用低温(-18℃)、流水冲洗、GA3等不同方法处理种子,低温处理发芽效果最佳;秋播比春播好,按1年生苗根重分3级,确定苗圃定苗量为500株/m2,用多菌灵、菌核净、多菌灵+退菌特和402抗菌剂处理立枯病防治效果达到了80%以上。Low temperature （ - 18°C ）, running water flushing and GA3 methods were adopted in treating seeds, the result showed that low temperature is the best method. Autumn sowing was better than spring sowing. Root weight was ascertained to three grades according to annual plant, and nursery amounting was five hundred plants in every square meter. Carbendazim, dumethachlom, mixture of carbendazim and dumethachlom, and afibacterial 402 were used in the prevention and control of damping - off, the result showed that the control efficency was over 80 %.
