摘 要:在对3种煤的浮沉性能、介电常数、矿物成分研究的基础上,进行了摩擦电选实验研究,应用摩擦电选技术结合喷煤系统的特点,进行炉前降灰具有工艺和技术的合理性,降低高炉喷吹用煤的灰分有利于提高煤比、降低焦比及生铁成本。实验结果表明:煤质特性、电压、风量对分选效果的影响非常显著。采用摩擦电选,通过适当调节风量、电压参数,可以将喷吹用煤灰分降到8%,精煤产率达到87.57%。The reduction of ash content of coal for injection into BF is of advantage to increase coal rate and decrease coke rate and hot metal cost. The triboelectrostatic beneficiation combined with preparation of pulverized coal to reduce ash content is reasonable. The triboelectrostatic beneficiation experiments have been done based on the research of floatability, dielectric constant and mineral components. The results show that coal properties, voltage and blast volume affect triboelectrostatic beneficiation very much. The ash content of coal can be dropped to 8 % and the yield of beneficiated coal can be reached up to 87.57% by adjusting the voltage and blast volume properly.
