摘　　要：为了适应市场需求及矿井产量的变化,新庄孜矿选煤厂改扩建为无压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺;论述了入选原煤的性质、新工艺流程及主要优点、工艺设备选型原则和布置特点以及技术改造后的效益,既合理利用了煤炭资源,又降低了电耗和介质消耗。For meeting the variation of market requirement and pit output,Xinzhuangzhi Coal Preparation Plant was converted to adopt a cleaning process with three-product HM cyclone;given are the feed coal characteristics,main advantages of the new process,principle for selection of equipment and peculiarity of their arrangement,and benefit attained after such conversion that resources utilized reasonably,and,in addition,energy and medium consumption lowered down.
