摘　　要：针对恒山选煤厂目前工艺系统不能满足煤质及市场需求、主要设备陈旧等问题,提出了利用重介分选工艺改造的方案;采用大型三产品重介旋流器分选末煤,充分利用了煤炭资源,适应了原煤煤质变化及市场产品质量要求,提高了精煤产率及企业的经济效益。In view of failure to meet the product quality and market requirement by present cleaning process and aged equipment at Hengshan Coal Preparation Plant,given is a proposal of adopting large model three-product HM cyclone for fully utilizing the coal resources,meeting the quality variation of feed coal and quality requirement from market,and increasing clean coal yield and economic benefit.
