固体过氧乙酸气溶胶对手术室消毒效果评价

摘　　要：为了解过氧乙酸气溶胶对手术室消毒效果及其对金属腐蚀性，采用气溶胶喷雾法对手术室空气和表面消毒效果进行了观察并进行了腐蚀性试验。结果，用含过氧乙酸5000mg／L的固体过氧乙酸消毒液按20～30ml／m^3用量进行气溶胶喷雾消毒，作用30min，可使手术室空气中自然菌降低率为99．99％。以相同含量的固体过氧乙酸消毒液对物体表面作定向气溶胶喷雾至喷湿为止并作用30min，对表面自然菌的平均减少率达99．98％以上。以含过氧乙酸5000mg／L的固体过氧乙酸消毒液浸泡72h，对不锈钢基本无腐蚀，对铜和铝均有中度腐蚀。结论，固体过氧乙酸气溶胶喷雾对手术室空气和表面具有很好的消毒效果，对多数金属有腐蚀性。In order to know the efficacy of solid peracetic acid aerosol in disinfection of operating room and its corrosiveheSS to metals, aerosol spraying method was used to observe its efficacy in disinfection of air of operating room and surfaces and to carry out corrosiveness test. Results： Aerosol spraying disinfection with the solid peracetic acid disinfection solution containing peracetic acid 5000 mg/L at a dosage of 20 - 30 ml/m^3 for 30 min reduced the natural bacteria in air of operating room by 99.99%. Orientated aerosol spraying of the solid peracetic acid disinfection solution with same peracetic acid content to the surfaces until wetting and contact for 30 min reduced the natural bacteria on the surfaces faces by over 99.98% in average. Immersion in the solid peracetic acid disinfection solution containing peracetic acid 5000 mg/L for 72 h essentially did not cause corrosion of stainless steel and caused moderate corrosion of copper and aluminum. Conclusions： Solid peracetic acid aerosol spraying has good efficacy in disinfection of air of operating room and surfaces. It is corrosive to many metals.
