摘  要:复方洗手消毒液由三氯羟基二苯醚与乙醇复配而成,为了解其杀菌效果、稳定性及使用安全性,采用载体定量试验和毒理试验对其进行了观察。结果,含三氯羟基二苯醚12.20 g/L,乙醇含量39.70%的该洗手消毒液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用0.5 m in,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。该消毒液原液擦拭消毒作用1 m in,对皮肤自然菌平均降低对数值>1.00。此外,该消毒液置54℃恒温恒湿箱中保存14 d,其有效成分三氯羟基二苯醚下降率为2.71%。该消毒液小鼠经口毒性试验LD50>5000 mg/kg,属实际无毒;对动物皮肤无刺激性;对小鼠嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用。结论,该复方洗手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭效果好,性能稳定,属实际无毒。The compound hand - washing disinfectant solution is prepared from triclesan and ethanol. In order to know its germicidal efficacy, stabihty and safety for use, carrier quantitative test and toxicological test were used to carry out observation on it. Results: The average reduction factor ( log10 ) of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the hand - washing disinfectant solution containing triclesan 12.20 g/L and ethanol 39.70% for 0.5 rain were 〉 5.00. Wiping disinfection with the stock solution of this disinfectant solution for 1 rain reduces the natural bacteria on skin by more than 90% in average. After the disinfectant solution was stored in a 54°C thermostat with constant humidity for 14 days, its active ingredient triclesan decreased by 2.71%. In mouse oral toxicity test, the LD^o of the disinfectant solution was 〉 5000 mg/kg, indicating that it is practically non - toxic. It was non - irritating to animal skin and did not cause micronucleus formation in mouse polychromatic erythrecytes. Conclusions:The compound hand -washing disinfectant solution has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and is stable and practically non -toxic.
