摘  要:一种中药盘式消毒熏香由檀香木粉等加入消毒剂制成,为研究其对室内空气消毒效果,采用气雾染菌法和现场试验法进行了试验观察,并与不含杀菌成分的普通熏香进行了平行比较。结果,在常温常湿条件下,消毒香与不含杀菌成分的熏香均烟熏120min(约消耗熏香0.11g/m^3),二者对气雾室空气中人工污染白色葡萄球菌消亡率无差别,消毒香基本无杀菌作用。不用普通熏香作平行比较的情况下,用该消毒香烟熏120min,对气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌消除率98.04%-98.47%。现场试验证明,用该消毒香烟熏120min(约消耗熏香1.9g),可使46m^3室内空气中的自然菌各次消除率达到75%以上。结论,该消毒香对室内空气中细菌基本无杀灭作用,其水浸液原液对悬液中白色葡萄球菌亦无明显杀灭作用。A Chinese herbal drug disinfection fumigating incense coil is prepared by adding disinfectant to sandalwood powder. In order to study its efficacy in disinfection of indoor air, aerosol bacterial contamination method and field trial method were used to carry out experimental observation and parallel comparison with the ordinary fumigating incense without germicidal ingredient. Results: Under conditions of ordinary temperature and humidity, the eliminating rates of artificially contaminating Staphylococcus albus in air of aerosol chamber after fumigation of disinfection incense and the incense without germicidal ingredient for 120 min (about 0. 11 g/m^3 of incense was consumed) were not different. The disinfection incense essentially had no germicidal effect. When parallel comparison with ordinary incense was not used, fumigation with the disinfection incense for 120 min eliminated 98.04% - 98.47% of Staphylococcus albus in air of aerosol chamber. The field trial demonstrated that fumigation with the disinfection incense for 120 min (about 1.9 g of the incense was consumed) eliminated over 75% of the natural bacteria in air of 46 m^3 room. Conclusion : The disinfection incense essentially had no killing effect on bacteria in indoor air and the stock soluton of its water extract also had no significant killing effect on Staphylococcus albus in suspension.
