摘　　要：文章介绍了ZDY4000S型全液压钻机研制的背景和过程,简述了钻机主要组成部分的设计思路、加工和型式试验,以及典型的应用情况,钻机经多家用户使用后反应非常好,被证明是一种性能可靠、钻进效率高、应用广泛的设备,一定会促进煤矿瓦斯预抽技术水平的提高,为煤矿安全生产提供必要保障。The paper introduced the background and process of the development on ZDY4000S full hydraulic drilling rig. The paper introduced the design conception, processing and type test of the main components of the drilling rig, including the typical applications. After several applications of the rigs by the clients, good results were came from the clients and the rig is approved as a rig with a reliable performances, a high drilling efficiency and a wide application. The drilling rig will improve the level for mine gas drainage technology and provide a measure for the mine safety.
