摘　　要：文章介绍了异步电动机传统启、停方式对带式输送机机械和电气方面的影响,着重介绍了PS1智能电机控制器的原理和特点,以及在电厂带式输送机上的应用情况。实践证明,选用PS1智能电机控制器后,解决了电动机直接启动对皮带机械和电气方面冲击的影响,并且节约了电能。The influence of asynchronous motor＇ s traditional starting or stopping manner on belt conveyor is introduced. The principle, feature and the application circumstance are also introduced emphatically, By using intelligent motor controller, the influence of motor＇ s direct starting or stoppingmanner on belt conveyor has been solved.
