摘　　要：采取切实有效的防范措施,避免或减少护理纠纷,提高护理质量。借鉴预防医学“疾病三级预防”的概念,搞好护理纠纷的三级防范。一级防范:促进全面建设,治理纠纷源头;二级防范:抓纠纷高危环节,查隐患;三级防范:积极化解矛盾,避免事态恶化。In order to avoid and reduce nursing disputes, improve nursing quality, a practical and effective measures of prevention- three-degree prevention of nursing disputes has been carded out by using the conception of three-degree prevention of disease. Firstgrade prevention is to deal with the origin of disputes by promoting comprehensive construction. Second-grade prevention is to detect the hidden damage and find out the cause of high risk of disputes. Third-grade prevention is to take vigorous actions to settle contradictions.
