摘 要:目的:观察仙人掌粉对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用及其机制。方法:将大鼠随机分成3组:正常对照组(C)、糖尿病对照组(D)、仙人掌喂养组(X)。D组和X组大鼠用链脲佐菌素(STZ)造模,C组、D组大鼠喂基础饲料,X组大鼠喂仙人掌粉(5.00 g.d-1.只-1)和基础饲料,喂养12周。分别于4周、8周、12周时测血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿量、尿蛋白定量;处死大鼠后取左肾做病理切片光镜下观察肾组织变化。结果:实验结束时X组与D组大鼠比较:血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿量、尿蛋白定量均有统计学差异(P<0.01),X组与C组大鼠比较:除血肌酐外,其他均无统计学差异(P>0.05);病理学观察显示X组大鼠肾组织的病理变化较D组大鼠轻微,但与C组大鼠比较仍存在病理改变。结论:仙人掌粉有降血糖作用,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有保护作用。Objective:To study the effect of cactus on the kidney of rat with diabetes mellitus. Methods:Model of diabetes mellitus was established with introperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in 25 rats, which were divided into DM control group with regular food(DM- Group), experiment group feeding Cactus(Ex - Group) and normal control group feeding regular food. Rats were fed for 12 weeks. Serum levels of glucose, creatinine, and blood urea nitrogen, urinary volume and proteinuria were evaluated at the 4th,8th, 12th week, respectively. At the end of 12th week, left kidneys of all rats were taken for pathological examination. Results: There is significant difference between Exgroup and DM group in the levels of the above parameters( P 〈 0.01 ). No significant difference was found between Exgroup and normal control group in these parameter except creatinine. In the pathological observation, the kidney lesions of the X group were better than that of D group, but worse than that of C group. Conclusion: Cactus may have a protective effect on renal function of DM rats.
