摘　　要：为高科技初创企业提供环境、服务与支持是孵化器的主要功能,且孵化绩效是创业风险企业选择孵化器的主要评价标准.在遵循评价指标设计的原则基础上,构造了科技企业孵化器孵化绩效评价指标体系;同时,深入阐述利用层次分析法(AHP)确定权重的基本原理,由此构建了科技企业孵化器孵化绩效评价及其权重确定的方法模型,重庆市科技企业孵化器孵化绩效评价指标体系中权重确定的算例表明该方法模型可以很好地得到应用.The business incubator comes from the management model that provides technology small enterprises to accelerates their growth. Incubation performance environment, service for science and a main evaluation criterion to choose incubator for venture investment enterprises. The paper constructs incubation performance evaluation system of science and technology business incubator, and establishes a method model to calculate weigh based on Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）. The conclusion is that the AHP is applied well to the structure the incubation performance index system of science and technology enterprise Incubator index system based on an example.
