摘　　要：王绍曾主编《清史稿艺文志拾遗》,堪称当代一部拾遗补阙、嘉惠学林的目录学著作。该书虽以体例创新,著录宏富,考辨求是见长,但又略显美中不足,诸如重复著录、著录之书归属不一、漏收《清史稿·艺文志》著录之书的瑕疵,亦复不少。Complement to Bibliography of History of Qing Dynasty edited by Wang Shaozeng, is an influential and important bibliographical book. It has many advantages such as initiative system, influent contents, etc. But it also has some shortcomings. Many contents of this book repeat time and again, and the same kinds of books belong to different parts. In addition, Wang＇s book also loses many books that included in Bibliography of History of Qing Dynasty.
