摘  要:研究了25℃明催青和15℃暗催青对二化性家蚕品种丰一体内的H2O2代谢影响。在催青期,前一种处理的蚕卵体内H2O2代谢水平在中后期呈U型变化,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在后期迅速上升;后一种处理的蚕卵体内H2O2代谢水平在第16天出现峰值,CAT活性在后期缓慢上升。在幼虫期,两种催青处理的H2O2代谢基本相似,均是H2O2代谢水平随龄期增加而逐步下降,CAT活性在1-4龄逐步下降,而在5龄期有所回升。在蛹期,前一种处理的H2O2代谢水平分别在第2天和第9天出现峰值,CAT活性分别在第3天和第6天出现峰值;后一种处理的H2O2代谢水平在第4天出现峰值,CAT活性在第5天出现峰值。上述结果表明,不同催青条件显著改变了家蚕催青期和蛹期的H2O2代谢,滞育诱导阶段的家蚕H2O2代谢可能与滞育激素(DH)的表达密切相关。The effect of in 25 ℃ (light) and 15℃ (dark) during incubation on metabolism of hydrogen peroxide in Fengl (bivoltine silkworm, Bombyx mori) was studied, respectively. During incubation, the level of hydrogen peroxide changed as 'U'shape at medium-late stage and catalase activity increased quickly at late stage in the former, a peak of hydrogen peroxide occurred at 16th clays and catalase activity increased slowly at late stage in the later. At larval stage, metabolism of hydrogen peroxide in the former was similar to that in the later. At pupae stage, level of hydrogen peroxide reached two peaks at 2^nd and 9^th clay and catalase activity reached two peaks at 3rd and 6^th clay in the former, but level of hydrogen peroxide and activity of catalase reached only one peak at 4^th and 5^th clay in the later respectively. The results showed that metabolism of hydrogen peroxide changed significantly in egg and pupae stage with the different treatments during incubation. Metabolism of hydrogen peroxide in the course of diapause induction may be related to the expression of diapause hormone.
