摘  要:为了探讨分光光度法在桑枝总黄酮定量分析中的适用性,从溶液浓度和吸光度之间的线性关系、重复性、精密度及加样回收率等方面,对不同品种桑枝中总黄酮的测定方法进行了系统研究,该方法准确可靠,测定值稳定。在波长为510 nm时,测定了春秋两季采收的22个不同桑树品种的桑枝中总黄酮含量,含量差异明显。综合而言,部分桑品种的春秋桑枝中总黄酮含量相对稳定且较高。To apply of spectrophotometry in the quantitative analysis of total flavonoids in Ramulus rnori, determination on flavonoids in Ramulus mori was studied systematically through the linear relation between the concentration and absorbance, repeatability, precision and recovery ratio. The test results showed that the method was accurate and reliable, and the test value of flavonoids was stable. At 510 nm wavelength, the total flavonoids contents in 22 varieties Ramulus mori collected in spring and autumn were determined, and the differences of content among them were obvious. We found that the flavonoids contents of several varieties in spring and autumn were stable and high.
