摘 要:应用AOTF-近红外光谱仪测定了443个不同地区、不同等级烟草样品的近红外光谱,用UnscramblerR定量分析软件将光谱与对应的化学成分值相关联,建立了烟草中总糖、还原糖、总烟碱和钾的回归模型。总糖、还原糖、总烟碱和钾含量近红外光谱分析模型的决定系数R2分别为0.9840、0.9866、0.9884和0.9201。用这些模型对未知样品进行了预测,总糖、还原糖、总烟碱和钾模型预测的平均相对标准偏差分别为2.68%、2.88%、4.18%和8.38%。Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy has advantages of rapid determination, non-destruction, non-polluting and low cost. It avoids time consuming, laborious and operation-complicated in the laboratory. In the work, an AOTF-NIR method for determining tobacco constituents was developed. The spectra of 443 tobacco samples were scanned by AOTF-NIR spectrometer. The models of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine and potassium were calculated by the Unscrambler. Their determination coefficient R^2 is 0.9840, 0.9866, 0.9884, 0.9201 respectively, and the average relative standard deviation between predicted value and measured value is 2.68%, 2.88%, 4.18%, 8.38%, respectively. The results indicate that AOTFNIR technique is feasible for analysis of tobacco constituents and this provides a foundation for on-line monitoring in tobacco process. To our knowledge, this is the first attempt to analysis tobacco constituents with AOTF-near infrared spectroscopy.
