摘  要:建立了薄层扫描测定邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP))的方法。塑料输液器材分别用环己烷浸泡,超声提取,过0.45μm滤膜。在硅胶G板上,以乙酸乙酯:无水乙醚:异辛烷(1:4:15V/V)为展开剂展开,双波长反射飞点扫描测定(λs275nm,λR340nm),外标两点法定量。方法回收率为91.51%~109.82%,精密度RSD为1.02%~2.02%,检出限DMP、DEP、DBP和DEHP分别为2.1ng、2.4ng、3.4ng和4.0ng,该方法样品用量少,前处理简单,方法简便,分离效果好,可同时测定塑料输液器材及袋内葡萄糖液中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯。The method for simultaneous determination of phthalates, namely dimethyl phthalate(DMP) ,diethyl phthalate (DEP), di- n- butyl phthalate(DBP) and di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) by thin layer chromatography(TLC) was developed.The plastic infusion equipment was extracted with cyclohexane by ultrasonication, then the mixture was filtrated through membrane (0.5μm).The mixture of ethyl acetate-anhydrous ether-iso-octane (1 : 4 : 15v/v) was used as developing agent on the TLC silica gel plate for development. The filtered liquid was spotted on the TLC plate, and detected with scanning wavelength of 275 and reference wavelength of 340nm. The quantitative analysis was performed with external standard method. The recoveries of the four phthalate standards in real sample were 91.51% - 109.82%.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of the four phthalates were 1.02% - 2.02%. The detection limits were 2.1 ng for DMP, 2.4ng for DEP, 3.4 ng for DBP and 4.0ng for DEHP. The method presented has the advantages of high precision, high sensitivity, small sample size ,and simple pretreatment .The method can be used to test the DEHP in plastic infusion equipment in medicine and the packed glucose.
