摘  要:以水文水资源情势为核心的黄河源区环境生态系统近年发生了显著变化。文中对这种变化进行了分析,指出由于监测体系的不完备和不完善,黄河源区环境生态系统主要因素之间相互作用的物理机制无法弄清,对许多现象的解释仍处于“推测”层面,难以找到解决问题的有效途径。其后对构建基于水循环的黄河源区水文水资源测报体系的必要性及其基本思想和实践进行了介绍。The ecosystem of the source area of the Yellow River, taking the hydrologic and the water resources regimes as the basic indexes, has been changed remarkably during the recent years. An analysis is made on this change herein firstly. It points out that the physical mechanism of the interactions among the main factors of the ecosystem therein can not so clearly be under- stood, while many phenomena are still explained presumedly and the available methods for solving the related problems are hard to be found due to the incompletion of the monitoring system concerned. And then the necessities of constructing the hydrologic and water resources monitoring and forecasting system for the source area of the Yellow River based on the hydrologic cycle is presented alog with its basic concept and the primary practice as well.
