摘  要:研究了锰对压缩形变纤维双相钢回复与再结晶的影响。结果表明,试验钢经84%压缩形变后,500℃以下加热1h均处于回复阶段,锰推迟形变试验钢的回复与再结晶过程,锰含量高的钢再结晶后α晶粒尺寸较小。The influence of manganese on the process of the recovery and recrystallization of the compressive deformed fibrous dual-phase steels were researched by TEM and hardness testing. Experimental results show that when the steel was heated for 1hr at≤500℃, only recovery process was occurred. The process of the recovery and recrystallization were delayed as increasing manganese content of the steel,and the recrystallized α-grain size of the high-manganese steel is small.
