摘  要:电力系统的电压骤降问题值得关注。通过对泉州地区工业用户受电压骤降影响的程度及电压骤降对敏感设备的影响后果的调查,了解一些敏感设备对电压骤降的耐受能力,同时在一变电站的110kV母线上安装监测仪进行电压监测,并对电网进行仿真计算,最后提出了减缓电压骤降的措施,如加强设备维护,减少故障发生的次数;缩短故障清除时间等。文章还提出了建议,如建立完善的电压质量监测网络;在电力规划、设计时就关注电能质量,加强运行方式的研究等。The voltage dip of power system is worth notice. Tarough the investigation of influence of voltage dips on industrial user and sensitive equipment in Quanzhou the withstand ability on voltage dips for sensitive equipment was known. At the same time, voltage monitoring on the bus of 110 kV substation and calculation for power network were carried out, and the measures for slowdown voltage dips were finally put forward, such as reinforced equipment protection, reducing the frequency of faults, shortened fault clearing time. The paper presents the suggestions, such as establishing perfect voltage quality monitoring network; paying more attention to quality of electrical energy in power planning and design, strengthening research of operation mode.
