股骨颈骨折病例调查分析

摘　　要：为了解股骨颈骨折发病率及其发病特点,对168例骨折病案进行调查分析,结果表明,在调查当年住院患者中股骨颈骨折占住院患者的2.78%,全部是50岁以上的人群,女性股骨颈骨折较多。骨折伤因与季节有关,冬季发病人数较多,主要为跌倒引起。In order to research the incidence and characteristic of fracture of neck of femur, I investigated and analyzed 168 fracture of neck of femur cases. The result shows the patients with fracture of neck of femurr occupied 2.78% of patients in hospital that year, All of which were above 50 years old, and female patients were more than male patients,The reason is related to season ,and there are more patients in winter ,and the main reason is caused by falling.
