摘　　要：围绕压电式超声传感器发射/接收电路的设计、讨论了绝缘栅场效应管在超声波发射电路中的应用,重点研究了利用单片机80C196MC产生同步信号电路,驱动场效应管的电路．以及放大滤波电路。系统实验证明,以此电路为基础的超声探伤仪精度高．能获得较为理想的回波电脉冲信号．工作稳定。A new transmit/receive circuit for ultrasonic transducer is stuided. The circuit to creat high voltage pulse with MOSFET（ Metal -Oxide-Semiconductor type field Effect Transistor） is discussed. Moreover, the circuit based on the 80C196MC which produces synchronous pulses, the circuit to drive MOSFET, and the circuit of filter and amplifier are fully discussed. Experimental results show that the ultrasonic instrument based on the circuit can works stably with a high accuracy.
