摘　　要：论文提出图书馆的核心竞争力是图书馆独特的资源和能力,学科服务是高校图书馆核心竞争力的核心,学科信息资源建设是高校图书馆核心竞争力的资源基础,学科馆员是高校图书馆核心竞争力的人力资源保障。This paper brings forward that the key competitiveness of the library is unique resource and ability of the library,the discipline service is a core of the key competitiveness of university libraries,academic information resource building is the resource base of the key competitiveness of university libraries,and academic librarian is the human resources guarantee of the key competitiveness of university libraries.
