国际农业保险的成功经验对我国的启示

摘　　要：世界上的一些发达国家,如美国、日本、法国及印度的农业保险经过长期的发展之后,都形成了自己的一套行之有效的运行模式。这些国家的成功经验对我国农业保险的发展将有较大的借鉴意义。发展我国的农业保险,应从实行积极的财政支持、颁布健全的农业保险法、采取国营公司与私营公司双轨经营等几个方面去着手。Some developed countries, for example, America, Japan, France, India, had developed an effective agricultural insurance pattern after long-term practice. Their successful experiences have significant implication for China＇s development of agriculture insurance. To develop China＇s agricultural insurance, the central government should firmly support financially, promulgate agricultural insurance law, and adopt double-track management both by state-owned company and private-owned company, among others.
