摘　　要：简述了高锰钢和多元合金高锰钢的碳、硅、磷等化学成分和铸态组织的控制,根据铸态组织、性能要求和使用条件对热处理工艺的分类,以及高锰钢水韧处理工艺的控制。The control of chemical composition such as carbon, silicon and phosphorous in high manganese and complex high manganese steels and their as-cast structures, and classification of heat treatment processes as per as-cast structure and requirements for property and service conditions as well as the control of the water toughening process for the high manganese steel were summarized.
