摘　　要：目前,电脑销售公司通常采用人工方式为用户配置兼容机,存在效率低、难以为用户提供个性化服务等问题。该文在改进专家系统结构的基础上,通过建立用户模型与配件信息库,设计了兼容机智能配置系统。该系统能够对用户需求进行分析,快速配置个性化的兼容机。At present,the computer selling company usually configures PC for users in artificial way.It has certain problems such as the low efficiency,the difficulty of providing individual service,etc.For this the paper improves the structure of expert system first.And then it designs the intelligent PC configuring system by setting up the user model and the fittings information base.The system can analyze the user＇s demands and configure the individual PC efficiently.
