摘　　要：本文从土地收益与生产成本,尤其是市场政策运行成本的角度,构建城市土地投入产出分析模型;总结了1987年至2003年间我国市场政策演变对城市土地绩效的影响,并提出了政策建议。Since the land market was formed in 1987, the changes of land market policy system have taken a gradual institutional evolution. From income and cost, especially from administration cost of land market policy during 1987-2003, the authors attempt to analyze its influence on urban land performance and finally put forward some tentative proposals in this regard.
