运用TSA测量旅游就业量的实证分析

摘　　要：旅游卫星账户(简称TSA)是目前世界上被公认的测量旅游就业量的方法。在充分研究旅游卫星账户的基本理论和方法的基础上,采用世界旅游组织推荐的方法,以黑龙江省为例,对旅游的就业效应进行实证分析。这是首次运用TSA方法测算黑龙江省旅游业对就业贡献的尝试,其结果与世界旅游组织对黑龙江省的预测情况较为接近,以此证明TSA框架的应用价值及旅游业的就业贡献。The Tourism Satellite Account （TSA） has been considered the most scientific method for measuring the employment of the tourist industry. Based on TSA theory and methods, this article analyzes the employment effect of the tourist industry in Heilongjiang Province by using the methods recommended by World Tourism Organization. This is the first time to use TSA to measure the employment of tourist industry of Heilongjiang Province. The rosult is quite close to that made by WTO. It proves the value of the TSA frame and its contribution to the employment in the tourist industry.
