摘　　要：中国目前的刑事强制措施主要是针对自然人犯罪主体而设置的,对单位犯罪主体刑事强制措施的适用成了立法上的缺陷。设置适用于单位犯罪嫌疑人和被告人的强制措施必须考虑单位犯罪案件中强制措施的特点和现有的强制措施在单位犯罪案件中的适用情况。Presently,the criminal mandatory measures in China have been set up mainly against the criminal subject of natural person.There are some legislative drawbacks in their application to the criminal subject of unit.To set up the mandatory measures applicable to unit criminal suspects and defendants,the characteristics of the mandatory measures in unit criminal cases and the applicable condition of the present mandatory measures against unit criminal cases must be taken into account.
