摘　　要：江泽民国际战略思想主要是指从党的十三届四中全会到十六人召开的十三年间,以江泽民同志为核心的第三代中央领导集体制定的对外关系领域内的具有全局性和长期性的计划与策略。其形成与发展有个初步形成、不断完善、最终形成并不断发展成熟的历史过程,经历了萌芽、形成和成熟三个历史阶段。The international strategic thought developed by Jiang Zemin refers to the overall and long-term program and strategy in the field of foreign relations in the 13 years from the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee to the Sixteenth National Congress by the CPC Central Committee with Jiang Zemin at the core. Its formation and development is a historical process which indudes elementary formation, incessant perfection and the final formation to maturation. Its development can be divided into three stages., germination, formation and maturation.
