摘 要:目的:为了解妊高征(PIH)时,肾内小动脉(INRA)和胎儿脐动脉(FUA)多普勒血流频普变化。方法:用彩超分别检测63例第三期妊娠和12例非妊娠妇女上述血管S/D(收缩期血流速度峰值/舒张末期血流速度值)、RI(阻力指数)和PI(搏动指数),用t检验统计。结果:在重度PIH时,FUA的S/D和PI较其它组高(P<0.05),RI_(inra)/RI_(fua)≤1;该值与PIH血压呈负相关。在PIH组,INRA的S/D、RI和PI与对照组分别相比,有显著性差异。结论:在PIH时,肾循环与胎儿胎盘循环在出血动力学方面有区别,为预测PIH预后提供了新方法。Objective:To determine the changes of intrarenal smal artery(INRA)and fetal umbilical artery(FUA)Doppler velocity in pregnancy-induced-hypertension(PIH)women.Methods:The sys-tolic/diastolic ratio (S/D),resitstance index(RI)and pulsatility index (PI)of INRA and FUA were measured with color Doppler ultrasound in the third trimester of 63 pregnant and 12 nonpregnant wom-en respectively,T test was used for statistical analysis,Results:The mean values of S/D and PI in FUA were greater in the severe PIH group than in the other groups(P<0.05) and RI INRA/RIFUA was≤1 and it was negatively correlated with the blood pressure of PIH. The mean values of S/D and RI and PI in INRA in the PIH patients were different than those in the nonpregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusions:Renal and fetal-placental circulation were different in the blood hemodynamics.It may be valuable in anticipating the prognosis of women with PIH and this new method was recommended.
