脲基润滑脂的研究与应用

摘　　要：通过对润滑脂的基础油、稠化剂以及工艺条件的考察,确定了极压脲基润滑脂的配方及制备工艺,并进行了工业放大和试生产,经过近1年的现场应用试验,结果表明研制的极压脲基润滑脂产品具有优良的极压抗磨性、抗水性、安定性及高温性能,达到或超过同类进口产品的水平,完全满足连铸机的使用要求。Based on the investigation of the lube base oil, thickener and the preparation condition, an extreme pressure urea grease （named as TGR） was prepared, scaled up and applied in a continuous casting unit. An over one year application results showed that the TGR product possessed excellent extreme pressure anti wear property, water resistant, as well as good high temperature performance and stability. The quality of TGR urea grease reached or exceeded the same type of imported urea grease, satisfying the lubricating requirements of the continuous casting machine in steel mill.
