摘　　要：分析了目前高校图书馆中馆藏外文过刊的巨大价值潜力没有很好地被开发利用的原因,提出了开发利用外文过刊资源的一些方法。This paper analyzes on the causes why the great latent value of the old foreign periodicals stored in university library aren＇t developed and utilized well at present, and puts forward some methods for developing and utilizing the resources of the foreign periodicals.
