摘　　要：讨论了直接合成法低f-TDI预聚物的主要技术指标及其在反映产品内在品质、使用性能与反馈修正配方和工艺方面的作用。从预聚物的结构、性质出发讨论了其应用技术特点,提出相应方案。The paper discussed the main technical index of low free-TDI polyisocyanate prepolymer manufactured with direct synthetic method, their function which reflected the inherent property, service character and fed back the amended formulation and technology. The applied technology features were discussed from the prepolymer structure and property, and put forward the relevant plan.
