摘　　要：目的 分析人工髋关节置换术的并发症，提出预防措施。方法 对106例113髋行人工髋关节置换术，获得随访89例92髋，术后随访时间为2．5～13年。结果 出现较多或典型的并发症有：假体松动10例，髋臼磨损7例，髋关节脱位2例，肢体不等长（相差超过0．5cm）11例，下肢深静脉栓塞1例，骨折6例（术中髋臼骨折1例、股骨骨折2例，术后股骨骨折3例），异位骨化1例，关节深部感染1例。结论认为发生并发症的原因与术前准备工作、手术操作、金属假体质量、术后护理、患者个体差异等因素有关。Objective To analyze the complications of artificial hip joint replacement and propose the precautionary measures. Methods Ninetytwo hips of 89 patients among 113 total hip arthroplasties in 106 patients were followed up from 2.5 to 13 years. Results The most or typical complications comprised the loosening of the hip prosthesis in 10 patients, acetabular cup wear in 7 patients, the artificial joint dislocation in 2 patients, the length discrepancy of the limbs （more than 0.5 cm） in 11 patients, the deep venous embolism of the lower limb in one patient, fractures in 6 patients （including intraoperative acetabular fracture in one patient, intraoperative femur fracture in two patients and the postoperative fracture in three patients ）, heterotrophic ossification in one patient and the deep infection of the hip joint in one patient. Conclusion The complications are associated with the preoperative preparation, the process of surgery, the quality of the metal prosthesis, the postoperative nursing and the individual variation.
