摘  要:由内蒙毛乌素沙地采集的油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)新鲜茎叶,经水蒸气蒸馏,所得淡黄色挥发油,含量0.43%。挥发油经GC-MS-DS联用分析,并根据气相色谱定量,鉴定出43种化合物。主要成分为α-蒎烯,β-蒎烯,β-顺式罗勒烯,茵陈炔及橙花叔醇。其中茵陈炔和茵陈二炔酮在蒿属植物中属不常见成分。这些化学成分的研究,将为探讨油蒿群落的化学生态学问题奠定理论基础。Essential oil was extracted from stems and leaves of Artemisia ordosica, the plants were grown in Maowusu Sandy Mongolia. Analysis of chemical compositions in essential oil was performed by mean of GC-MS. 43 chemical compositions have been identified. Among them,the main compounds are α-pinene, β-pinene, sabinene, capillene and nerolidol. Two of them, capillene and capillin are rare compositions in essential oil from Artemisia. The percentage of these compositions in oil were determined by GC.
