冠心通脉胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者疗效与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中成药冠心通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对生活质量的影响.方法采用随机、阳性药对照方法,将207例患者随机分为2组,治疗组105例口服冠心通脉胶囊,4粒,3/d;对照组102例口服地奥心血康胶囊,2粒,3/d,4wk.结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83.8%和71.6%(P<0.05);两组生活质量积分均有所降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01,0.05).结论冠心通脉胶囊能有效改善心肌缺血症状,并能提高患者的生活质量.AIM： To observe the therapeutic effect and quality of life in CHD patients with angina pectoris after taking Guanxintongmai Capsule. METHODS： A total of 207 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （n = 105 ） treated with Guanxintongmai Capsule, 4 pieces, tid x4 weeks, and the control group （n = 102） treated with Di＇ao Xinxuekang Capsule, 2 pieces, tid × 4 weeks. RESULTS： The total effective rate was 83.8% in the treatment group and 71.6% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality-of-life scores in both groups decreased, but the scores in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01, 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： Guanxintongmai Capsule has some good therapeutic effect on myocardial ischemia and can improve the quality of life.
