伽玛刀治疗难治性癫痫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨伽玛刀治疗难治性癫痫的临床意义。方法应用PET确定致痫灶,对59例难治性癫痫病例进行伽玛刀治疗。结果其中41例经过12个月以上的随访,有效率达到82.9%,所有病例治疗后未发现任何功能损害。结论伽玛刀是治疗难治性癫痫的有效方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical significance of treatment intractable epilepsy with Gamma knife. Methods 5 9 cases of intractable epilepsy were treated with Gamma knife and the epilepsy foci was located by PET. Results Of them ,41 cases were followed - up beyond 12 months and efficient rate was 82.9%. No complications were found in 59 cases. Conclusion Gamma knife is one of effective method in treating the intractable epilepsy.
