摘 要:目的探讨如何提高高频钼靶摄影技术和图像质量,以提高其在乳腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法统计242例高频乳腺片,对其中62例有病理结果的高频乳腺片进行分类、评价,分析其因技术质量因素对疾病诊断准确率的影响。做有机玻璃阶梯测试。结果62例有病理结果的高频乳腺片由于技术原因使之与诊断不符的比率恶性病变占12.5%,非恶性病变15.2%。有机玻璃阶梯实验结果:1kV=2mAs。结论最大限度地提高kV,降低mAs,拉大层次,使乳腺图像含更多信息量,以提高诊断价值。Objective To evaluate high frequency mammography with molybdenum target tube so as to improve its diagnostic values in breast diseases. Methods 242 high frequency mammograms were included and 62 cases of them pathologically confirmed were classified and evaluated. The technique factors influencing the diagnostic accuracy were analyzed. The lucite steps were applied to have a test. Results The misdiagnostic rates caused by the projecting techniques were 7.5% and 15.9% respectively in the malignant group and benign group. The lucite step test result : 1 kV = 2 mAs. Conclusion Increasing kV and decreasing mAs maximumly can make the mammograms containing more information and improve its diagnostic values.
