摘　　要：目的设计开发基于医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)的简易ACR编码系统,将ACR编码应用于结构化报告中。方法采用SQLServer2000数据库,选用拼音加加及五笔加加作为中文输入平台,利用ACR编码光盘版构建编码数据库,自行开发我院的结构化报告系统。结果本系统编码数据库包含ACR编码表和简易ACR疾病编码表,首先在ACR编码库中查询与诊断意见相符的编码,并对选择进入的编码进行简化,存储于简易ACR疾病编码表中,运行一段时间后启动诊断意见区自动匹配功能,自动匹配功能与简易ACR疾病编码表相关联。结论系统可靠、使用方便,可明显提高编码速度及准确性,提高影像诊断工作质量和效率。Objective To design and explore the ACR coding system based on PACS and taking it applied in structured report. Methods SQLServer2000 database,the PingYingJiaJia and WuBiJiaJia as Chinese input methods,and the optical disk edition of ACR coding system to construct coding database were used to exploit the system of structured report ourselves. Results Database system contained ACR coding table and ACR of simple and convenient disease coding table. In the begin,the ACR codes relating to diagnostic opinion in ACR coding table were searched and simplifying the codes which stored in ACR of simple and convenient disease coding table , running a period of time , the automatch function of ACR coding in diagnostic opinion area which was related to the ACR of simple and convenient disease coding table was startuped. Conclusion Our system is reliable and easy to use that can improve coding accuracy and speed of coding.
