摘  要:目的用三维彩超(3D)观察子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的图像特征,提高对这两种疾病的鉴别诊断水平。方法对58例子宫肌瘤(共82个子宫肌瘤)和61例子宫腺肌病(共61个子宫腺肌病)患者,手术前经2D和3D检查,两种方法诊断结果与手术后病理对照。结果子宫肌瘤的三维图像特征:病灶边界清晰,有球体感,甚至内部见漩涡状结构,周边环状血管向内延伸,呈彩球状;子宫腺肌病的三维图像特征:病灶边界不清,无球体感,呈扇形放射状,血管分布散,呈星点状。结论三维彩超图像更直观,为临床提供更多的帮助。Objective In order to improve the differential diagnostic accuracy, we analyzed the features 3D color and power ultrasonography in leiomyoma and adenomyosis. Methods Conventional and 3D uhrasonography were used to examine 58 cases with 82 leiomyomas and 61 cases of adenomyosis preoperatively. The results were compared with surgical and pathological findings. Results The 3D ultrasonographic features of leiomyoma were clear margin with spherical shape,and whirlpool-like internal structure with circular vascular distribution. The features of adenomyosis on 3D uhrasonography were blur margin with sectorial and radiational vascular distribution. Conclusion The 3D color and power uhrasonography provides direct-viewing images and is valuable in differential dianosis of leiomyoma and adenomyosis.
