摘　　要：病毒滴度是麻疹减毒活疫苗的主要质量指标之一。本文结合生产实际，就有关提高麻疹疫苗病毒滴度的影响因素进行了探讨。试验说明，生产用毒种的质量十分重要，要保证麻疹疫苗的高滴度和生产的稳定，需要建立适合麻疹毒种的培养条件并保持培养条件一致，从而必须加强生产过程的全面质量管理。Virus titer is one of the main quality indexes of live attenuated measles vaccine,Combining with the production practice, in this article,factors to benefit virus titer were studied. Experiments showed that the quality of virus seeds for production to use was most important.To ensure the high titer of measles vaccine and stability of production,its necessary to establish a culture conditions suitable for virus seeds and maintain the consistency of the culture conditions.Therefore,total quality control over the production process must be strengthened.
