摘 要:以D-山梨醇和3,4-二甲基苯甲醛为原料,乙醇为反应介质,在对甲苯磺酸催化下常温合成了3,4-二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇。通过正交实验确定最佳的实验条件为:D-山梨醇与3,4-二甲基苯甲醛摩尔比为1:1.75;对甲苯磺酸与3,4-二甲基苯甲醛摩尔比为0.7:1,乙醇为溶剂;反应时间为6h;产率71.0%,熔点270~272℃。经红外光谱对该产品进行了表征。At room temperature 3,4-dimethyl-dibenzylidene sorbitol was prepd, from D-sorbitol and 3, 4-dimethyl-benzaldehyde in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and ethanol as reaction medium. Optimized conditions were selected by orthogonal design method : molar ratio of n(D-sorbitol) : n (3,4-dimethyl-benzaldehyde) = 1 : 1.75, n ( ptoluenesulfonic acid) : n (3,4-dimethyl-benzaldehyde) = 0. 7: 1, ethanol as solvent, reacting for 6 h. The yield was 71. 0%. The melting point of the product was 270 -272℃. The product was characterized by IR spectroscopy.
